Welcome
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Bridgecall B.V. ("Bridgecall", "we", "us") and govern your use of our websites, apps, and services. By using Bridgecall, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms as Bridgecall evolves. If material changes are made, we will post notice on our site and may notify you by email or in-product message. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
Account eligibility and security
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use Bridgecall.
- You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
- Paid plans are billed through our payment providers (including Stripe) and may renew automatically until cancelled.
- Pricing, taxes, and available payment methods can vary by country.
- If offered, complimentary minutes are promotional and may change over time.
- Refund requests can be sent to support@bridgecall.app and are reviewed case-by-case, subject to applicable law.
Acceptable use and restrictions
You agree not to use Bridgecall to:
- Violate laws, rights, or regulations.
- Harass, threaten, defraud, or impersonate others.
- Interfere with platform security or service availability.
- Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or reverse engineering.
Translation and AI features
Bridgecall uses AI and speech technologies to provide live translation. While we work hard on quality, translations can contain mistakes, delays, or ambiguity. You remain responsible for decisions made using translated output.
User data and participant consent
- You retain your rights in content and data you provide ("User Data").
- You grant us a limited license to process User Data solely to operate, secure, and improve Bridgecall.
- If you enable captioning or transcript-related features, you are responsible for giving participants appropriate notice and obtaining any required consent under applicable law.
Intellectual property
Bridgecall and related software, branding, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to use the service under these Terms.
Service availability and disclaimers
Bridgecall is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or error-free performance in all environments.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgecall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for claims related to the service is limited to the greater of EUR 100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
